Pune: Ryan International Academy, Hinjawadi, hosted an inspiring and spirited Marathon Run for Awareness – Run for a Cause on its school campus, uniting the entire community in a remarkable celebration of fitness, awareness, and social responsibility.
The event was graced by distinguished guest Mr Manas Dubey, a celebrated professional footballer known for his contributions to Indian and international football. His presence greatly motivated young runners, as he shared the importance of discipline, perseverance, and chasing one’s dreams with commitment.
Principal Ms Surinder Kaur Sayan appreciated the outstanding response and applauded students and parents for their active participation. She emphasized that such initiatives help build strength, confidence, and a sense of responsibility among young learners.
The event witnessed an impressive turnout of 185 enthusiastic participants, including students, parents, and teachers. Flagged off from the Ryan International Academy, Hinjawadi campus, the marathon created an energising atmosphere as runners came together with a shared purpose—to champion health, unity, and mindful living. The route offered an engaging experience for all participants, who displayed commendable energy and determination throughout the run.
Winners across the various categories were felicitated, acknowledging their dedication and strong performance. Yet, the real triumph of the day was the collective spirit that transformed the marathon into a meaningful and memorable community event.
